Advice of development of new properties or the refurbishment of existing
buildings is an integral part of this Department's work. The Department's role includes conception, resolution of planning difficulties, advice on detailed design and layout, financing, marketing, letting and sale, and ultimate management according to circumstances. Advice is always supported by first hand experience
of market trends and a detailed knowledge of occupiers' needs and requirements.
