& DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT
The activities
of all particulars in a property Project / Development Scheme must
be closely monitored to ensure that there is constant two-way communication
between them and the owner. Our experienced professional management
team functions as
an extension of the owner's organisation and acts on behalf of and
in the interest of
the owner to:
- Establish budgets, control costs and ensure adherence to schedules;
- Manage and integrate planning and engineering work by design firms;
- Procure major plant equipment, services and supplies;
- Co-ordinate and manage the activities of construction contractors;
- Supervise pre-operational testing.
